In the meantime, from 13 May, you will not be able to see status updates on highways problems in your account. You will still receive emails updating you on the status of problems you reported before 13 May.
We're sorry for this inconvenience. If you report a problem after 13 May, you can provide your contact details and we will keep you up to date with progress.
This form allows you to report problems on the roads, Public Rights of Way and Norfolk Trails, that we are responsible for maintaining.
If you would like updates on the status of the problem you are reporting, you will need to provide your contact details. You can also report issues anonymously, without providing your contact details. Reporting problems this way will mean you won't receive updates.
